【Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges】

Please check your order for any damage immediately upon arrival.

Cancellations after order confirmation are not accepted for any reason due to customer circumstances.

Furthermore, returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or discrepancies with product images are not accepted.

Refusal to accept delivery is not considered a cancellation, and therefore returns or refunds will not be possible.

Minor scratches, scuffs, dents, and discoloration that occur during the manufacturing process are considered within acceptable limits and will be shipped as is.

Also, due to various factors such as fabric characteristics, sewing processes, washing, dying,and distressing, there may be individual differences of approximately 1-2 cm from the indicated size.

Please note that returns or exchanges due to these reasons will not be accepted.

【Regarding refusal to accept delivery and prolonged absence】

Packages that are not received within the carrier's storage period due to refusal of receipt or prolonged absence, as well as packages that cannot be delivered due to an unknown address, will be returned to our company.

When we resend a package that has been returned to us, we will charge you for both the return shipping fee and the reshipping fee.

Furthermore, items that cannot be redelivered due to inability to contact the customer will be stored by our company for a certain period of time and then disposed of. Please note that redelivery of items after disposal is not possible.

 

【Defective product】

If there is a problem with the product, please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product.

Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if we do not receive contact within the specified period.

Returns and exchanges of defective products are limited to unused items only. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges even for defective products if they fall under the following conditions.


- Products that have been received more than 5 days ago

- Products that have been used even once, or products that have been repaired, washed, or cleaned

- Products that have acquired an odor while in the customer's possession, or products or packaging that have been damaged (stained or scratched)

- Products whose packaging (bag, case, tag, etc.) has been lost or damaged


In some cases, we may ask you to send us photos of the product via email to verify its condition.


We will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.

*Please note that the return address may vary depending on the product. We will inform you of the correct address via email before you return the product.



* If you receive a defective product or a product different from your order, we will exchange or refund it.

If you contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product, we will proceed with the exchange process for a good product.

However, if the replacement product is out of stock, we will repair the defective product instead.

If repair is not possible, or if the product is sold out, discontinued, or a limited edition and cannot be exchanged, we will issue a refund.

For refunds, we will transfer the funds to your designated account within 5 business days after confirming receipt of the returned product.
